A one-minute walkthrough of the Conversations page — read any lead's full exchange, and jump in with a manual reply whenever you like. Press play, or skim the written steps below the video.
The same steps, in writing
Every text exchange with your contacts, newest first — the list refreshes on its own as replies come in.
Threads whose reply was classified Interested carry the green badge — those same contacts land on your Leads page automatically.
Search any number, name, or snippet of text, or narrow the list to a single campaign.
Click a conversation to read the whole exchange — your campaign text on the right, their replies on the left, in order.
Type in the box at the bottom and hit Send — your message goes out from the same local number the campaign uses, so it's one seamless thread for them.
Replies you send by hand are tagged “you” and stay out of campaign metrics — your stats keep measuring the campaign, not your typing.
