The same steps, in writing

1
Read the row

Each lead is one row: how long ago it came in, who it is, the product they asked about, and their latest note.

2
Delivery ticks

The Delivery column tracks your lead alert — ✓ sent, ✓✓ delivered to your phone, ⚠ or ✗ means it didn't land (open the row to resend).

3
Open the card

Tap any row to expand it — address (tap for Google Maps), their exact reply, best time to call, and the note history.

4
Follow up

From the open card: View conversation shows the whole exchange, Call dials them in one tap, and Report flags anything that shouldn't be a lead.

5
Set a status

Click the Status chip — Booked, Voicemail, Do not call, Wrong number… The row takes the status color so your pipeline reads at a glance.

6
Make your own statuses

Type a label into “New status…” in the picker and it becomes a reusable option for all your leads.

7
Add notes

The + Note chip saves a quick note without opening the card — the latest one stays visible on the row, the full log lives inside the card.

8
Filter & export

Status filter chips appear at the top once you use statuses. Export CSV any time — and every lead also syncs to your Google Sheet automatically.

Where do leads come from?

When someone replies to your campaign with real interest and finishes the follow-up flow, they land here automatically — and we text your lead alert number the moment it happens. Spot something that shouldn't be a lead? Hit Report on its card and our team reviews it (that also teaches the filter for next time).
