Create your first campaign
A one-minute walkthrough of the Campaign requests form — where you tell us what to send. Press play, or skim the written steps below the video.
The same steps, in writing
On the Campaigns page, at the top right of the Campaign requests panel.
Anything that helps you recognize it later — “Spring garage door promo”.
Your texts send from local numbers in this area code. Local numbers get more replies.
Write your text (up to 1,600 characters), or start from a template. Tap a detail like First name to personalize it — {{first_name|there}} becomes each contact's name, or “there” if they don't have one. The preview beside the box shows exactly what each contact gets.
Two ways: Upload my own list — drop in a CSV with a column of phone numbers, or headers like phone, name, zip (we validate every row before anything sends). Or Use our data — pick a package (50k, 75k, 100k or 200k contacts) and list the zip codes to target; we source the homeowner contacts for you. The package price is shown next to your balance and comes off your balance when we approve the request, so you need enough credit on hand to submit it.
The moment someone replies interested, we text you at this number. Need the office to get it too? Add more than one number, separated by commas.
Cap the most texts sent on any single day (500 is a solid start), and pick which days we send — WEEKDAYS skips weekends in one tap.
Optionally keep texts inside business hours (LA time), then hit Submit request. Your contacts upload and the request goes to our team.
What happens after you submit
We review every request by hand, set the campaign up for you, and it starts sending on your schedule. You can watch the status right on the Campaigns page — and edit or resubmit any time before approval.
